To date, PEAK Surgical has raised more than $29 million in three rounds of private financing. Most recently, the company closed a Series C financing in February 2008 that raised $21 million. Funds raised in these financing rounds are being used to aggressively pursue the development plan and commercialization efforts for the company’s PEAK Surgery System.
The Series A and B rounds were led jointly by Lehman Brothers, Inc. and Venrock Associates. The Series C round was led by Signet Healthcare Partners with Lehman Brothers and Venrock Associates also participating.
